In the busyness of life, it is easy to neglect our own self-care. We get caught up in our plans and commitments to work, business and people who are important to us. Commitment to our own well-being needs to be in that mix.
First comes thought;

What is it that makes you get out of bed each day? Is it obligation? Habit? Or purpose? If it is the latter, you are very fortunate.
What do we learn from life? Sometimes nothing – as evidenced by the mistakes we repeat! Other times – lots! There are people we meet who have great life lessons to share. This is where I plan to share some.
The only thing you sometimes have control over is perspective. You don’t have control over your situation. But you have a choice about how you view it.
