I am not new to blogging.  Since 2005 I have kept travel blogs to share my journeys with friends and family, finding them a much better way of staying connected across the miles.  This blog is not so different, sharing the journey of various challenges and the incumbent learning.

My career has been in developing people, from teaching primary school children to facilitating workshops with professionals in top-tier firms, and everything in between. The content and contexts may change but to influence someone’s development, communication is key.  I am a teacher, facilitator, coach and mentor.  But more importantly I am a learner myself, taking on new challenges all the time.

I consult to businesses on learning and deliver programs for developing people.  I have a Bachelor of Education, and post grad qualifications in business administration and organisation dynamics.  As well as that I am a Francophile and a foodie.
